Tim Hirdler grew up in the Mid-West and started his professional career straight out of high school. After a decade in the motorcycle industry Tim has concluded that there is no substitute for excellent customer service. While some companies look to automate customer service. Tim is convinced a personal touch is just as important today as it was 50 years ago.
When you combine Tim’s passion for serving customers with his years of experience; B.S. degree in Supply Chain Management, and his drive to achieve excellence. What you end up with is a very motivated individual that cares about what he does and is always looking for a better way to get things done.
In 2016 Tim relocated to Northern California with his wife and family. In his free time he enjoys exploring back roads on his Royal Enfield sidecar rig; and spending time with his family.
